In recent weeks, the media reported on leaving the club, at least seven players. The loss of some of them was confirmed by Zirka's official website or the sites of new clubs of these players. The departure of some, like Kucherenko and Akimenko, remained unconfirmed. But in any case, it is obvious that the leaders from Kropiwnicki just left the leaders of last season: Captain Pereira became a player of the Carpathians, Batsula, Sitalo and Shchedry went to Alexandria, Lupashko left as a free agent ... On the consequences, as well as the current personnel activities of Zirka, we and Decided to talk with the coach of the team Roman Monaurev.

- In three weeks - the start of a new season. How many percent is the staff of the first team now staffed, because it's only audible: Zirku is leaving this or that football player?.

- I can say that now is the usual process of preparing the team for the new season. We work diligently with players on contracts, look at potential newcomers. In general, we complete the composition. If we talk about the percentage, but now we are staffed somewhere in the 60-65 percent.

- During the off-season, the club, according to media reports, left at least seven players: Pereira, Batsula, Shchedry, Sitalo, Akimenko, Lupashko, Bilonog. Is it all a loss, or just not all written in the media?.

- In addition to the players you named, Roman Popov and Alexander Kucherenko also leave.

- And that, nine players. You, as the head coach, are upsetting the current personnel losses, or replacing those deceased players in the shortest possible time - is not a problem for Zirka?.

- This is the process we had to face. With some guys, we said goodbye to ourselves, because it's hard for them to compete for a place in the lineup in the new season. Some guys found more profitable options in the financial plan to continue their careers. All cases are different. But this, let's say, coaching life in Ukraine. Now we are working on the composition of the composition, and already closer to the season there will be a complete picture of the composition, according to the newcomers. Then it will be possible to say how much the care of a whole group of players became a problem for us.

- Three football players on the rights of free agents moved to Alexandria. What does this fact say: Alexandria at the moment can offer players more profitable contracts? Or did Zirka just do not need these players?.

- Of course, Alexandria has more interesting financial conditions for players than for Zirka. In this, I think, the main reason. Plus, Alexandria plays in the Europa League.

- While the club is just leaving the players. Is this not connected with any financial problems? Is everything stable in this club, as before?.

- Everything is stable and all in time. The withdrawal of players is associated with another set of reasons, of which I have already said.

- Which of the deceased players do you regret the most?.

- It's not a secret. I would like to keep in the team first of all Artem Sitalo.

- According to the information of the Transfermarkt profile site (although the information there is not always correct), on June 30, 2017, at least 14 Zirka players taking into account those who have already left or are running out of contracts with the club, and, consequently, they can all leave on the rights of free Agents. Is it some sort of club strategy - not to sign long-term agreements with the players? Or failure of management, something else? Football players after all leave too easily, massively and for free.

- Let's just say, it's already past stage, an inverted page. Now footballers come to see us, and during the negotiations we come to each individually in terms of the duration of contracts. And, probably, amendments will be made, in comparison with last season.

- How active is the club now working to strengthen the composition? The only news was about the viewing of Nasibulin and Hovsepyan. Is this all or there are still players watching?.

- I can say that Nasibulin did not stay in the team and left our location. In general, to date, we have seven players watching, and potential newcomers will come again. I think there will be ten other players watching.

- Is the bet made on Ukrainians, foreigners, young people or more experienced players?.

- We are looking, first of all, for quality performers. There are certain requirements for players at each position, model characteristics, which are selected by players. There is a search, and I can confidently say that we are quite active in the transfer market. Of course, given our capabilities, we can not always agree with the players we would like to see in Zirka, and this is the main difficulty. But we are trying to get out of this situation with a qualitative increase in total. Let's see what we will get closer to the start of the season.

- Does it make sense to ask about specific positions that you would like to strengthen, given that the team has almost left the team?.

- Agents and football players with whom we are negotiating are aware of the problematic positions for us. Somewhere, strengthening is necessary, in some positions I would like to increase competition. Yes, we left a lot of players. Accordingly, beginners will be approximately the same.

- Depending on the goals for the next season, the composition is formed accordingly and allocated for this purpose. What tasks will Zirka solve in the new season? Could it be a question of getting into the top six, or is the strategy of the club assuming, for example, a bet on homegrown players and the education of football players?.

- Educating players is our companion goal. And the task of getting into the first six was not filming. Accordingly, the task before itself will be to set maximum.

- June 28 Zirka goes to the collection in Transcarpathia. There are all conditions for quality training? Is there no point in paying more and going abroad, as most clubs do?.

- Zirka was already at training camp in Camelot, and we were all arranged on the conditions of work: there are quality fields, and a good gym, and a recovery complex. In this regard, there are no problems, so I see no reason to go abroad.
