Goalkeeper Milan Gianluigi Donnarumma may change his mind about leaving the club.

Earlier it became known that Donnarumma would not renew the contract with Milan. Thus, Gigi will leave the club at the end of next season, when his contract with the Devils will expire.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the goalkeeper can change his mind and still extend the agreement with the club. Milan offers Donnarumme a five-year contract with a salary of 5 million euros per season.

The leadership of Milan made it clear that he will not sell the Italian and with a high probability of next season he will not play at the basis.

It is worth noting that in 2015, a similar situation was in the goalkeeper of Manchester United David De Gea. The Spaniard wanted to go to Real Madrid and was not going to renew the contract with the Red Devils. However, the deal fell through, and David stopped going on the field. As a result, De Gea extended the contract with Manchester United and still defends the colors of the club.
