As reported by URA-Inform, referring to the press center of the headquarters of the ATU, in the coastal area yesterday militants used 14 weapons against the positions of the APU. During the day, the use of large-caliber artillery was not noticed.

At the same time, from the grenade cups and small arms of various calibers, the militants repeatedly opened fire on Ukrainian strongpoints located in the Vodian, Gnutovo, Talakovka, Marinka and Krasnogorovka areas. Under enemy fire Staroggnatovka also got. Here in the evening, militants from a 120-mm mortar shell fired Ukrainian positions near Lebedinsky.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy opened fire six times on the positions of the APU. Almost all bombardments were carried out at night. In particular, from the powerful tank guns the enemy fired in the area of ??Kamenka and Experimental.

From the vicinity of the temporarily occupied Donetsk, the militants fired at the APU support points near the Sands from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and weapons of the BMP. In addition, the militants opened fire twice from grenade launchers of various modifications in the southern suburb of Avdeevka. And in the Zaitsevo district they were beating from heavy machine guns.

On the Lugansk direction in the morning and afternoon on Wednesday using artillery in the Crimean and Trekhizbenky areas, the enemy did not use weapons until the end of the day. However, from the mortars of the caliber of 82 mm they fired near Troitsky and Novoaleksandrivka. On the Ukrainian positions near the Crimean militants were beaten from an anti-tank missile system. Also, under the fire of an illegal armed formation, there were fortifications of the Armed Forces in the area of ??Novozvanovka, Stages of Lugansk, Valuisky and Yellow. There, fire was opened for the most part from infantry armament, in some areas - from infantry fighting vehicles.
