At the conference of PFL clubs, which took place on June 21, it was decided to admit "Dnepr" and "Dnepr-1" in the Second League.

Despite the fact that "Dnepr-1" did not compete in the amateur championship, as required by the regulations, 25 delegates voted for its inclusion in the Second League.

"Dnepr" at the conference was represented by the executive director Andrei Rusol, and "Dnepr-1" - People's Deputy Yuri Bereza.

According to Bereza, the main initiator of the new club - ex-striker Dneprovsky club Roman Zozulya.

Note that the "Dnepr" will start a new season in the Second League with a minus 6 points. The club, by decision of FIFA, suffered a double drop in the class (as the team that took the penultimate place and systematically ignored the decisions of European football authorities).
