Russian propagandist journalist Armen Gasparyan published a snapshot from a textbook with a biography of the famous writer Nikolai Gogol, in which his name in English is written as Hohol.
Apparently, by publishing this photo in his microblog on Twitter, Gasparyan tried to ridiculously make a joke about the nickname of Ukrainians among Russians, but in the comments he was explained that the reason for writing such a surname of the writer is transliteration.
"Well, there are rules of transliteration. So everything is correctly written. Do not be Neanderthals, "the user of @PatriotofD replied to the Kremlin propagandist.
"Khokhol - Khokhol. Gogol - Hohol ", - user @lyuda_j has been explained to Gasparyan.
As reported by the "Observer", earlier in the network ridiculed the revelations of the Kremlin propagandist.
