In a 24-storey building, according to various sources, there lived from 400 to 600 people. According to the representatives of city authorities, all tenants should be provided with new housing within the next few days.

On the eve, on June 15, 24 patients were treated in hospitals, 12 of them in critical condition.

The police indicate that at the moment there is no information about willful arson. At the same time, it is checked whether no offenses were committed prior to the occurrence of a fire. Work on extinguishing the fire continues for two days already.

As reported by the "Observer", in the western part of London on the morning of June 14, completely burned 24-storey residential complex Grenfell Tower.

The fire broke out before dawn, when most of the tenants were still asleep. According to the authorities, in the building at the time of the fire could be up to 600 people. As a result of the fire, 6 people were killed, at least 74 received burns of varying severity and carbon monoxide poisoning.
