Head coach of the Balkans Andrey Parkhomenko confirmed that, if necessary, the club is ready to replace the Dnieper in the First League.

The requirement to transfer the Dnieper to the Second League was nominated by FIFA, whereas the Balkans are in the highest position among the clubs that did not qualify for the First League.
