President of Dynamo Igor Surkis has been in office for 15 years.

Igor Surkis headed Dynamo in the summer of 2002.

"On June 14, 2002, at the shareholders meeting of Dynamo Kyiv FC it was decided to appoint Igor Surkis as the president of FC Dynamo Kyiv," confirms the club's statement.
