Sources say that the High Court of Justice of England and Wales ruled against Huawei, which fought against Unwired Planet. The last, we note, many resources are called the patent troll. Among other things, it has patents previously owned by Ericsson.

Unwired Planet accused Huawei of infringing patents and demanding payment of license fees. It was about six patents, five of which at one time were among others acquired from Ericsson, and the sixth is own development of Unwired Planet.

By a court decision, Huawei was banned from selling smartphones in the UK, but it is unlikely to reach it before. First, Huawei has the right to appeal, and secondly, the company initially declared willingness to pay royalties. Moreover, she applied with an appropriate proposal to Unwired Planet in April, but then it was too late.

That is, even if Huawei does not file an appeal or loses the second case, it will conclude an agreement with Unwired Planet and on this matter it will be closed. Note that the relevant agreement will include payments of 0.032-0.064% of the sale price of the smartphone.
