The Security Service of Ukraine needs radical reform that will help it get rid of the corrupt divisions of the "goat-eaters" created back in the days of former President Leonid Kuchma. Their staff is very exaggerated against the background of the small Office for Combating Terrorism, which effectively protects the national security of the country.

This was in an exclusive commentary to the "Observer" stated by a veteran of the war in the Donbass, blogger-publicist Yevgeny Wild.

As an example, he cited the situation with insufficient funding of the antiterrorist activity of the agency, while the economic unit has a solid budget and an inflated staff.

"Look at the structure of our Security Service - what percentage is there in the anti-terrorist unit, and what part is occupied by the so-called goatheads - Office of Counterintelligence Protection of Economic Activity, read" Corruption Management, "said the activist.

"It turns out that the main task of our special services was to cover and milk business, while a small, very small unit is fighting terrorism. These guys do a lot, despite the small staff and budget, "- said Wild.

According to him, the Office for Combating Terrorism badly needs cadres, since the fifth column is being raised in the country and the Kremlin's intelligence is actively working.

"We need a radical reform of the special services. We need to drop to the devil created under Kuchma and improved units of corruption-milking nature. And all this money sent to intelligence, counterintelligence and anti-terror, "- added the veteran of the ATU.
