How to live longer? Swedish scientists named the four main rules

A group of Swedish scientists identified four main factors that are directly related to the increase in human life expectancy, according to Medical Xpress.

The list includes smoking cessation, regular exercise, limited consumption of alcohol and a balanced diet.

A healthy lifestyle provides 150 minutes a week for physical activity, as well as drinking no more than 14 units per week (one unit is 30 grams of vodka).

The results of the study are based on observations in which over 33,000 men and 30,000 women aged 45 to 83 years.

Scientists came to the conclusion that if all four points are observed, a person can extend his life for a period of 4.1 to 4.9 years.
