Odessa hospital for disabled veterans will become a center for rehabilitation of veterans of ATU

The hospital for invalids of the Second World War is being re-profiled for the needs of ATU veterans.

This is reported by the correspondent of the Ukrainian Information Service.

In the building of the Odessa regional hospital veterans of the Great Patriotic War will place the rehabilitation center of the ATU. It is also expected that medical and psychological assistance will be provided to "Afghans", peacekeepers and other participants in the fighting.

Odessa Regional Hospital of Disabled WWII was founded in 1989. Since that time, no major repairs have been carried out. This five-storeyed building on a green area, located in the coastal zone at the 15th station of the Big Fontana. In the hospital, designed for 120 beds, two departments - therapeutic and neurological, 60 beds each.

There are also an admission office, a dental office, a X-ray room, a functional diagnostic room, a physiotherapy room, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a salt room, an eating room.
