"In Russia everything is simple - the regions in the middle of the country are called regions, and the regions around the edges are called the edges (and one region is directly called Ukraine)," said Lebedev.

According to him, there is only one exception - the Perm region.

"He is in the middle, but he was mistakenly called an edge, not an area. Just a fact, "- added the designer, attaching a screenshot of the map.
