The court decided not to charge a deposit in the amount of one hundred million hryvnia from the dismissed head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov. As explained by the investigating judge Kushnir, the court denies the application of the SAP.

At the same time, the People's Deputy of the Samopomich faction, Andrei Zhurzhiy, wrote on his Facebook page that SAP proved Nasirov's passport to the UK, giving him the number, date of issue and protocol of interrogation of the person who issued the passport personally to Nasirov.

At the same time, the defense denies that Nasirov has a British passport.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, SAP called on Nasirov to pay the bail, as according to the prosecution, he violated the terms of his personal obligation and left his British passport with him. At the same time, the defense side claims that Nasirov does not have a British passport.
