Certainly, in my life there is a lot of sport. But I also follow the diet: I prefer simple and useful products - why should I stuff my stomach with "harmfulness"? Also try to eat on the regime and not overeat. If you want to be healthy, you need to review your eating habits: "You have to live, not live to eat".
How often should one do sports or physical education each person (not an athlete) to be healthy? If you want to keep yourself toned - then, of course, it would be nice to do at least a minimal gymnastics, but every day, walk more. It is important to just choose the sport or activity that suits you. Someone likes to practice in the gym, someone closer to the mountains: the sport should bring pleasure. Today it has become fashionable to be athletic and active - and it's great!.
What does "healthy food" mean to you? When your body gets everything you need: rigid diets carry only harm to health. And do not overeat - everything should be a measure. It is important to eat regularly and choose really good products. It is better to deny yourself unnecessary purchases, but the products must be fresh and quality.
This is one of the advantages of a big sport: we get used to eating right from the very childhood. Food is perceived as a "fuel" for the body: useful - means tasty.
Do you consider it important to promote the rules of health? Very important! After all, often a person may not know or underestimate that some things, it turns out, are dangerous to health. Or does not attach importance to this - for the time being, until the time. It is necessary to attract attention and tell, but not to press - the final decision is made for everyone by himself.
Why did they decide to participate in the campaign against breast cancer? The more women learn about the possible dangers and symptoms of the disease, the more likely they will turn to doctors at an early stage, and this can save lives. Public people are listened to, so we should try to support such initiatives.
