As noted, the protesters accuse the head of the national police of corruption and resent the government's opposition to the investigation of corruption incidents.
At the same time, a corresponding meeting was organized by student organizations, which received broad support.
In particular, up to 10 thousand people took part in the protests.
The president of the country, Andriy Kyska, joined the demands of the protesters, who is in confrontation with the current government.
It should be noted that this was the biggest protest in Slovakia since 2012.
