The prosecutor's office filed a criminal case against the former director of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal-Kamyshlov, accused of misappropriating and wasting more than 960 million rubles. As reported in the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk region, Sazhayev, as the director of the municipal enterprise, in the period from May 2012 to December 2015, concluded fictitious contracts for the provision of paid services, and then appropriated the enterprise's own funds.

In particular, the head of Vodokanal instructed the chief accountant to prepare contracts with individual entrepreneurs for the provision of services for the preparation and submission of financial statements, knowing reliably that the IP will not perform these functions, and the performance of these works is part of the duties of the accounting staff of the municipal enterprise.

In addition, fictitious contracts were concluded for rendering services for qualified and high-quality customer service (individuals and legal entities), advising consumers on the phone on the full range of services provided, concluding contracts, working with the existing customer base, identifying accounts receivable, Having receivables. At the same time, these functions were part of the duties of the employees of the municipal enterprise and did not require the conclusion of special contracts, as the head knew with certainty.

In order to ensure compensation for damage caused by crimes, the property of the accused Sergei Sazhaev, including a house and a car, was seized.

The Prosecutor's Office sent a criminal case for consideration on the merits to the Kamyshlovsky District Court.
