Without electricity, there were residents of Egorshinsky, Irbit, Kamyshlovsky, Kamensky, Nizhnetagilsky, Nevyansky, Krasnouuralky, Pervouralsky, Polevskoy, Degtyarsk, Sysert, Beloyarsky urban districts, in part g.
