However, in less than five years, the roof of the house was struck by erosion, and now the bricks from it are falling into the yard, the playground and the kindergarten. From the direct hit of such a "brick" and from flying fragments children can suffer.

The problem has not yet been taken up either by the "TEK-Dom" (affiliated with the UNR-494 management company), neither the builder nor the district council Shchukino. The management and employees of the developer company declined to comment.
