The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region continues to investigate a criminal case initiated on. 1 st. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence) on the fact of violation of the rights of tenants of an apartment building in the village of Veresovka of Pervouralsk.

During the investigation of the criminal case, the signs of a crime. 1 st. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (exceeding official authority), in the actions of the Director of the Pervouralsky ICU "Capital Construction Administration". On the eve of a criminal case against an official, he was detained in procedural order as a suspect.

According to the investigation, the director of the Pervouralsk ICU "Capital Construction Department", having information about the presence of residents in a partially destroyed explosion of domestic gas in 1995, a multi-apartment building in the village of Veresovka is a danger to their life and health, in April 2017 concluded Held at his bidding auction municipal contract with a construction company to perform repair work at home. At the same time, carrying out repair work to reduce the costs of the Pervouralsk administration did not imply a temporary resettlement of tenants from the renovated house, and therefore the unlawful actions of the official were endangered by the life and health of citizens. In addition, the municipal contract was concluded without the implementation of architectural and construction design, without the necessary construction expertise of the design documentation and without obtaining a permit for reconstruction.

The criminal case is connected in one proceeding with the previously instituted criminal case of negligence and is investigated by the investigator for especially important cases of the second department for the investigation of especially important cases of the SK of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region. A combined criminal case is a set of necessary investigative measures aimed at collecting and consolidating the evidence base. In particular, in the offices of the Pervouralsky ICU "Capital Construction Department", the investigation team conducted a search to locate and seize documentation relevant to the circumstances of the criminal case under investigation.
