The incident in the Philippine hotel is associated with a robbery. The head of the police of the Philippines, Ronald Dela Rosa, said that the incident with shooting at the hotel complex in the Philippine capital of Manila was a robbery and not connected with terrorism, reports ABS-CBN. Chief of Police also said that as a result of the attack no one was hurt, although earlier the representative of the Red Cross reported 25 wounded. According to Dela Rosa, the hijacker was alone, and he did not shoot people. The malefactor, presumably a foreigner, is still at large. Recall, in the hotel complex Resorts World Manila there was shooting. Earlier it was reported that the responsibility for the attack was taken by the terrorist group IG. The head of the Philippine police called this statement propaganda.
