It is noted that the official has many years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work and the establishment of international relations in higher education, in particular, the integration of Ukrainian universities in the European space.

It is noteworthy that during 1994-2017, Yuri Rashkevich coordinated the implementation of a number of international educational projects on Tempus, Erasmus + and CIDA programs. He is fluent in English and Polish.
