Open air-shows in the framework of the 8th Odessa International Film Festival will be held on a new site - in the "Stella Artois Green Theater".

Odessa International Film Festival changes location of open-air shows. Instead of Langeron's descent, special open-air shows will be presented at the "Stella Artois Green Theater". The history of the Green Theater dates back to the 19th century, but officially the theater was opened in 1936. Unfortunately, in the 21st century the "Green" entered the neglected and almost destroyed state. 80th anniversary of the Green Theater was met by the restored and renewed, and the holding of numerous events - film screenings, master classes, concerts, creative evenings, etc.. - returned to him the former glory of a significant cultural object. This year the first and only amphitheater in the open air in Odessa will become a platform for open air-film screenings in the framework of the OIFF. By tradition, special orders are held with the support of the Belgian beer №1 in the world Stella Artois.

"OIFF could not ignore the revival of one of the most visited and sought-after summer cinema sites in Odessa. This is a modern location, which is loved by the people of Odessa and on the basis of which important events take place for the city. "Green Theater" is best suited to the scale of the film festival - both the location and technical equipment. In addition, comfortable viewing will become more accessible, since the "Green Theater" is able to accommodate more viewers. At the location of the "Green Theater Stella Artois" will operate two zones - the audience and the lounge.
