A man suspected of killing a motorcyclist on the Kharkov highway in Kiev, was arrested without the right to pledge. This was reported by the press service of the capital's prosecutor's office. "Darnitsk regional court of the capital granted the request of the Kyiv local prosecutor's office number 2 and elected a suspect in the murder of a motorcyclist on the Kharkov highway without an alternative measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 60 days," reads the statement..
