Breakfast: any fresh fruit, mineral water.

Second breakfast: any cereal porridge boiled on the water, a little cottage cheese, green tea.

Lunch: salad from raw small-cut vegetables, a small piece of low-fat meat or fish, boiled rice or baked potatoes. Fruit and tea without sugar.

Dinner: fruit.

Before going to bed: a glass of skimmed yogurt or curdled milk. But if there is no special feeling of hunger, then this meal can be canceled.
