Vladimir Groisman also stressed that the holiday will be held under the slogan "Four days of dance, music and flowers".

At the same time, Kiev is a modern European city, which is dynamically developing and continues to form national trends. He is the unconditional economic leader of Ukraine, which has significant potential for further development, an intellectual platform in many areas of society and the state.
