"Unfortunately, the investor did not calculate the order and scope of the environmental legislation. Prosecutor's Office and Rostekhnadzor made a decision to suspend activities. Now the investor is looking for design solutions to continue the construction of this unique complex. It should be continued, but not at the expense of the health of fellow countrymen. "The issue of repair is topical, we have helped and will continue to help the clinic with ongoing major repairs. As for the construction of a new building, the issue will require further work. Soon, the city will put into operation another new building for settlers from dilapidated and emergency housing.

"I would call unprecedented the decision of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin that the state will directly address the issues of resettlement of people from dilapidated and emergency housing," said the head of the region. - Until September 1, 2017, we must eliminate all emergency housing, recognized as such before January 1, 2012.
