Rare Apple computer sold for 130 thousand dollars. Similar devices were previously sold at higher prices.

It's about the Apple I computer, assembled in 1976 in the co-founder garage of Steve Jobs (Steve Jobs) for personal use of another founder of Apple - Steve Woznyak (Steve Woznyak).

Unlike other amateur computers of its time, which were sold as a set for assembly, Apple I was completely assembled on a circuit board containing about 30 chips, which is why many experts consider the first real personal computer. At the same time, to obtain a full-fledged PC, the user had to purchase an enclosure, a power source, a keyboard and a monitor. A total of 200 such devices were sold for sale. Up to now, about 50-60 devices have been preserved.

In 2014, Apple I was auctioned in New York for a record $ 905,000, and a year earlier the computer left the CharityBuzz auction for $ 815,000.
