The draft also provides that in case of bringing to administrative responsibility a person with the possible imposition of a fine of 100 or more non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (from 1,700 grivnas), it can not be transferred to bail.

It is also proposed to increase the time for imposing an administrative penalty from 3 to 6 months from the day of the offense.

According to the bill, the period of temporary withdrawal of driver's license is also increased to 6 months. In this case, it must be returned if the local general court does not take a decision to deprive the driver of the right to drive.
