Decision of the commission will come into force 30 days after publication. The commission made a positive conclusion about the presence during the investigation period (2015) of dumping imports of certain types of chocolate and other ready-made food products containing cocoa origin from the Russian Federation to Ukraine and the reasonableness of the method on the basis of which the dumping margin was determined. The commission also revealed significant damage to the national commodity producer, which is confirmed by the deterioration of socio-economic indicators of the national commodity producer during the study period (2013-2015).
