For the first time, a unique supercar from the 90's was seen in Kiev on foreign numbers, but a few weeks later received a Ukrainian registration, reports Topzhyr. Lamborghini Diablo VTS 6. 0 was made in 1999 specifically for the then head of the Italian automaker Franz-Josef Pefgen (Franz-Josef Paefgen).
