The West dumps Ukraine from the accounts

The collective West continues to moderately help Ukraine, but each time stipulates its assistance with a number of conditions, sometimes difficult to meet. For example, today the Council of the European Union announced that a visa-free regime can be stopped, "if serious issues with migration or security arise with Ukraine". It is clear that such a threat negates the very idea of ??a visa-free regime, for which, in fact, EuroMaydan was arranged.

Thesis "fatigue from Ukraine" has long been discussed by Kyiv political scientists. However, their conclusions about the causes of this fatigue, namely, the slippage of economic reforms and the defeat in the fight against corruption are often inaccurate. American and European curators have never worried about the welfare of ordinary Ukrainians or the re-education of elites - an ungovernable power was entrusted with a more serious task of restraining Russia.

Ukraine could not fulfill it for objective reasons - Russia did not come to the war. Therefore, the turbulent flows of loans and financial assistance were initially impoverished. Each tranche of the IMF is not only burdened with a number of conditions, such as raising the retirement age and tariffs for housing and communal services, but it is all given with great difficulty. It has long been clear that Kiev does not intend to return billions of dollars - IMF loans it perceives as free aid, and nothing else.

And by the way, he has every right to this - so he was promised.

There is no doubt that if Russia really invaded the territory of Ukraine, which was the calculation in 2014, the money would be found without any humiliating conditions. But for the third year since the active fighting and signing of the Minsk Agreements in the Donbas, the need for Nenke as a battering ram against Russia has disappeared. Now a huge 40 millionth country needs help to settle a peaceful life, to which no one has ever planned to cook it.

The Kremlin managed to foist on the care of the West, who did not expect it to be so voracious. So now he is trying to leave Ukraine without losing his face, making the Kiev authorities guilty of a break in relations. Work in this direction is in full swing.

The other day, American human rights NGO Amnesty International issued a statement in which Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for Humanitarian Affairs Vyacheslav Kyrylenko saw the Moscow handwriting. "It seems that the statement of Amnesty International was written in the Kremlin," the official shared with a deep thought in his Twitter. It is about assessing the detention on May 9 during the actions in honor of Victory Day in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities.

Vyacheslav Kirilenko's indignation can be understood: the statement posted on the official website of the international human rights organization states unequivocally: "The prohibition of symbols connected with the Communist Party and the Soviet past (the laws on decommunization adopted in May 2015) violate the right to freedom of expression, and the detention of peaceful Demonstrators is a step in limiting freedom of speech and peaceful assembly on the part of the Ukrainian authorities ".

Oksana Pokalchuk, director of the Ukrainian branch of Amnesty International, added: "The detention of civilians and the prohibition of Soviet symbols are unacceptable. Such measures not only do not free Ukraine from the Soviet legacy, from draconian laws and practices of the Soviet era, but, on the contrary, bring us and our country closer to them ".

It's strange that human rights violations in Bandera Ukraine are seen only now, is not it? An unshakable power is clearly directed by a black mark. By the way, it's not the first.

In fact, there should be no illusions about the sincerity of American NGOs that work effectively around the world and reward countries and peoples with labels to their taste. Before each one has its own tasks, which they have been performing with brilliance for more than one decade.

Transparency International, for example, annually compiles the Corruption Perceptions Index, in which the states are ranked, far from the real state of affairs. The system of awarding points is kept in the strictest secrecy, however, the data of other international organizations for some reason differ from this rating. What causes quite certain suspicions in the partiality and bias of the employees of Transparency International.

One of the important functions of Freedom House is to serve as a sump for European officials who can not work in Brussels and Strasbourg structures for more than a certain number of years depending on the position. For example, in the Council of Europe, the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights or the OSCE. People are saved wages and, thus, educate in citizens of different countries loyalty to American employers.

Amnesty International points out violations of rights and harassment of journalists and dissidents - of course, strictly dosed and taking into account the geography. Russia is accused more often. However, recently, according to the frequency of references in the reports and statements of NGOs, Ukraine can overtake us.

Recently, these and many other NGOs in Ukraine were supported in all its endeavors, turned a blind eye to blatant violations of human rights. For example, in May 2015, the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In fact, the inhabitants of the Donbas have been deprived of the opportunity to defend themselves in court against arbitrariness. But none of the American NPOs noticed this discrimination.

The alarms for Kyiv began ringing only this year. One of the main sponsors of the new USAID regime reduces the support programs of Ukraine by 70 percent. That is, grants will receive a limited number of journalists and publications.

Even in the military support of $ 150 million, which is fixed in the bill of the lower house of the US Congress on the appropriations to the Pentagon, the conditions are specified: the funds can not be used to purchase Ukraine's air defense assets. Basically, the money is earmarked for the costs of military instructors, defensive weapons, certain types of machinery and equipment. It seems that the Americans found a good channel for the sale of decommissioned equipment.

In the latest Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index, Ukraine was ranked in the second hundred of the list of trustworthy countries. And this place, far from the "real" democracies, should have made Ukrainian officials think about it - in fact, they were hinted that support was coming to an end. For the West, for various reasons, plans have changed.
