On May 5, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv decided to cancel the seizure of accounts of the tobacco company Tedis Ukraine (formerly Megapolis).

Recall, on March 29 the court seized the company's accounts, and this was preceded by searches in the Odessa office of the company "Tedis", the final beneficiary of which is an Odessa businessman Boris Kaufman.

The investigation against the tobacco company was initiated by the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine on the fact of withdrawal of funds to Russian banks. Also Attorney General Yuriy Lutsenko noted that the actual owners of the company are the Russian oligarchs Kesaev brothers.
