Older women with a poster even tried to block the movement of cars on the Preobrazhenskaya, but they were persuaded to leave the road patrol policemen.

It should be noted that after the reconstruction of the roadway on Tiraspolskaya Square, the mayor's office decided to refresh the appearance of the houses on it, since April, this facade of the Preobrazhenskaya Street started repairing the facades of several buildings. Participants of the action believe that the repair of their house did not start for a purely formal reason - the building stands on the corner and has an official address on the Jewish Street, although half of its facade faces Tiraspolskaya Square.

In the next house on Preobrazhenskaya, 52, for some reason started repair, but we do not have. At us with this house the general court yard, the general input in our apartments. These houses seem to be a continuation of each other, but our half is ignored, they deliberately did not notice it. We think that there is some evil intent of officials in this. Maybe they want to hastily ditch our house for a new construction site, "said the chairman of the AJOAH at the Jewish, 58, Flora Kirichenko.

According to her, the residents of the house already went to the reception to the head of the city administration for the protection of monuments of cultural heritage, Andrei Shelyugin and to the director of the department of municipal economy Alexander Kozlovsky, but "the officials do not give a clear answer, but only nod at each other".

A few days ago, members of the AJOAH sent a letter to the mayor of Gennady Trukhanov and are now awaiting a response from the mayor.
