Over 200 buildings, which are an architectural heritage of constructivism, are excluded from the proposed renovation of the houses after the consultations of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow with specialists of the public movement "Arhnadzor". This is reported in a press release of "Arhnadzor", which was received by the editorial office of the "Tape. RU". According to the coordinator of the organization Konstantin Mikhailov, such results were achieved due to the joint work of the representatives of "Arhnadzor" with the experts of the department. Cooperation of the department and public organization began during the formation of the preliminary list of the renovation program. "The Department of Cultural Heritage asked us to evaluate the list of constructivist complexes, which, according to some signs, could be included in the preliminary list of the renovation program. It was about 40 workers' settlements and complexes of the 20-30s of last century, - said Mikhailov. - As a result, 90 percent of the buildings of the period of constructivism were not included in the draft program. In general, these are four-story and five-story buildings ". Among the major constructivist complexes that will not be affected by renovation are the Budennovsky and Usachevsky settlements in the Central District, as well as the Khavsko-Shabolovsky residential area in the South. In the provisional list, there are still separate houses created by architects-constructivists. In total, according to Mikhailov, in this list there are about 130 houses, which from the point of view of "Arhnadzor" can have architectural value. These are pre-revolutionary buildings, buildings of Stalinist architecture. In addition, the project of the renovation program may include complexes for the construction of city centers, which later became the Moscow districts, for example, Babushkin, Kuntsevo, Lublino. There are also five-story apartment buildings that were built in the middle of the last century and belong to the architecture of the transition period - from Stalin to Khrushchev. However, the coordinator of "Arhnadzor" declares that joint work with the Department of Cultural Heritage continues. According to Mikhailov, most of the constructivist buildings do not have the status of a monument of architecture. This makes it possible to reconstruct these houses with the improvement of housing standards and preserve their external appearance. May 2 on the portal of the government of the capital was published a list of houses that can be included in the program of renovation of residential areas. The list includes five-story buildings of the first period of industrial housing construction and some others. Voting on the inclusion of houses in the final list of objects to be demolished will be held from May 15 to June 15 in the electronic system "Active citizen" and in the centers of public services "My Documents". Residents of each Khrushchev will be able to vote for or against its dismantling by organizing a general meeting of apartment owners. To demolish all the capital's Khrushchev and to build a new housing in their place for the mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, on February 21 was commissioned by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
