The trial on the case of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Lazarenko may be completed before the end of this year, after which it will be possible to return the money withdrawn by the former head of government to foreign accounts, said Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yevgeny Enin on the air of ZIK.

"After that, we expect the negotiation process with the Americans about the return of funds," Enin said..

He noted that the remedy needed to return from six months to a year.

"To date, about $ 280 million have already been arrested, which are in five foreign jurisdictions. We are talking about Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Guernsey and Antigua, "explained the Deputy Prosecutor General.
