More than half of Ukrainians feel moral exhaustion. 87% of them said that they are the result of constant stresses.
This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the International Personnel Portal hh. Ua in April 2017.
Of the 857 respondents, 22% say that they are severely exhausted by work without development, to which they lose interest. One in five said that the emotional burnout is caused by heavy loads. 18% complained that they spend all their time at work, because they are very tired. A low salary and lack of motivation were noted by 16% of respondents. About the problems in his personal life, only one in ten Ukrainians remembered.
Studies have also shown that only 5% of Ukrainians have never experienced emotional exhaustion.
