Works on the improvement of the Istanbul park and the performance of repair and restoration works on the Potemkin Stairs are being carried out on schedule and will be completed simultaneously by the end of May.

This was announced by the Mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov after a working meeting at these sites.

The grand opening is planned to be held with the participation of guests from the twin city of Istanbul.

"In the future plans - the improvement of the Greek Park, the Vorontsov Palace and the colonnade, repair of the facades of houses in Vorontsovsky Lane. We are planning to gradually bring all our monuments of architecture into proper form, "said Gennady Trukhanov.
