The justice of the peace made a decision on the suit of the public prosecutor of Sukhoi Log to the local resident Alexander Khorkov. He was accused of a knowingly false report about the act of terrorism and was already recognized by the city court as guilty. Then the court appointed him 100 hours of compulsory work.

Such a decision did not satisfy the prosecutor's office, and the supervisory authority filed a new lawsuit to recover from the fraudulent expenses for the evacuation of visitors and employees of the House of Culture of the village of Rudyansky, which Khorkov "mined" on December 9, 2016.
