City Council Lutsk did not deprive Tymoschuk of the title of "Honorary Citizen"

The City Council of Lutsk did not collect enough votes to deprive former Ukrainian midfielder Anatoly Tymoshchuk of the title of honorary citizen of the city. This question was put to the vote five times, but there was not enough votes to make a positive decision.
