For the next five days, from April 26 to 30, in Kiev, a record number of applications for marriage. This was announced by the head of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in. Kiev Stanislav Kutsenko with reference to the data of the bodies of registration of acts of civil status.

According to the press service of the State Treasury of Justice, the number of marriages concluded these days is almost 1.5-2.5 times higher than the average for similar periods.

This week more than 1000 couples are to marry in Kiev, this is three times more than in any other week of this month. And the newlyweds hurry to the registrar even on weekdays.

According to the press service, in May the number of marriages is almost halved, because according to popular belief this month is unfavorable for weddings.
