The All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors, which was held in Kiev on April 26, elected the new Prosecutor's Council and the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission.
According to the press service of the GPU, 464 delegates from all over the country and Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, as well as Valery Lutkovskaya, the Verkhovna Rada authorized representative for human rights, members of the parliamentary committee on law enforcement activities, representatives of the European Union consultative mission.
By secret ballot, the GPU officers elected 11 members of the Council of Prosecutors and five - the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors.
The new composition of the supreme body of the prosecutor's self-government included: from the GPU-G. Kravchenko and A. Fomenko; From regional prosecutors - AND. Goidenko, S. Eliseev, T. Kovalenko, H. Misyura; From local prosecutors - H. Leschik, And. Nesterova, V. Pronozyuk, A. Sanin, A. Sosonian.
