PJSC "Centrenergo" received in 2016 386.87 million UAH of net profit, which is 17.7 times more than in 2015 (21.85 million UAH). This is reported in the company's report.

The gross profit of the company last year was 2.12 billion UAH against 330.31 million UAH in 2015 (an increase of 6.4 times). Profit from operating activities in 2016 increased 9.1 times - up to 990.2 million UAH.

The General Meeting of Shareholders decided to send the received profit for payment of dividends (50%), to replenish the reserve capital of the Company (15%) in the production development fund (35%). The total amount of annual dividends based on the results of the Company's work for 2016 was approved in the amount of - 193,433,614.52 UAH.

PJSC "Centrenergo" operates the Uglegorskaya, Zmievskaya and Tripolskaya TPPs. 78.3% of the company's shares belong to the state in the person of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Recall that the auction for the sale of 78.289% of the power generating company "Centrenergo" is scheduled to be held in May-June 2017.

As reported, Ukraine has pledged to the IMF to privatize the company "Centrenergo" before the end of March 2017. SPF planned to put up for privatization in the second quarter of Kherson CHP, in the third quarter - Nikolaevskaya and Odesskaya CHPP, 51% of Ternopilobenergo and 70% of Khmelnitskoblenergo. In turn, for the fourth quarter of this year, the sale of Dniprodzerzhinskaya CHPP, Centrenergo, 70% of Nikolaevoblenergo and Kharkivoblenergo, 71% of Cherkassyoblenergo and 60% of Zaporozhyeoblenergo was planned,.

Head of the State Property Fund Igor Bilous in an interview with ZN. UA said that the state plans to receive from the sale of all oblenergo about $ 300 million.
