In the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, the investigation of the murder case in the Krasnoufimsky district began. In the dock, two siblings - Alexander and Anatoly Nechkina, the press service of the regional court.

According to investigators, on May 16, 2015, the brothers rode a boat along the Ufa River. On one of the coasts, they noticed a parked car and a man with a young child. Having moored, the men decided to steal a car, after having dealt with its owner. Murder occurred in the eyes of a young child - the grandson of the deceased. Then the intruders decided to get rid of the witness. Brothers attacked the child - they tried to choke, and then threw into the water, thinking that the child would drown. Then the attackers stole the car, but they did not go far enough - they did not manage the car. Then the brothers returned to the shore, where they took the boat of the victim and fled the scene of the crime. The child miraculously survived.

The criminal case was already considered by the Krasnoufimsky City Court, but upon the petition of the victims it was returned to the prosecutor. After the requalification of the actions of the accused, the criminal case under jurisdiction was transferred to the regional court.

Today, brothers are accused of robbery, attempted murder of a minor, murder, theft and serious harm to a minor. According to the investigation, all crimes were committed by a group of persons on preliminary conspiracy. However, the defendants confess their guilt only partially. Alexander, previously convicted, including for murder, admits guilt only in theft. Anatoly also claims that one killed the victim.
