On April 20, under the chairmanship of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavel Rosenko, a meeting was held on compliance with the obligations to enforce court decisions guaranteed by the state.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Social Policy Nikolai Shambir, Deputy Minister of Justice for Executive Affairs Sergei Shklyar, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine Vladislav Mashkin, Chairman of the State Treasury Tatyana Slyuz, State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Yevgeny Kapinus and others.

Pavel Rozenko reminded that in order to implement the norms of the Law of Ukraine "On State Guarantees for the Implementation of Judicial Decisions", which came into force on January 1, 2013, a separate budget program "Measures to Enforce Court Decisions Guaranteed by the State" is approved annually in the State Budget. The arrears taken into account under this program are mainly related to the execution of court decisions regarding social payments in favor of war veterans, participants in hostilities, children of war, persons involved in the liquidation of consequences and / or injured as a result of the Chernobyl accident, , Pensioners.

"In 2017, the state budget for this program provides 500 million UAH, and from the very beginning of funding this program in total for these purposes, was allocated more than 1 billion UAH. As of April 20, 2017. On the account in the Treasury is more than 191 thousand. Executive documents and judgments in the amount of 3.5 billion UAH, "- said the Vice Prime Minister.

"Therefore, today it is necessary to coordinate the activities of all authorities involved in this process and to establish an operational process of data exchange between all involved authorities. We are faced with the task of establishing a very clear mechanism and not permitting, on the one hand, violations of human rights and timely implementation of court decisions, and on the other hand, preventing the misuse of funds, "stressed Pavel Rozenko.

As a result of the meeting, Pavel Rozenko instructed the relevant executive authorities to verify the relevance of all data for the transfer of funds from court decisions, to ensure the exclusion of cases of double payments in one case, to conduct a thorough inventory of debts and the relevance of court decisions.
