Ukraine demands to collect 10 million UAH from Crimea for the Crimea

The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea filed a lawsuit against one of the airlines of the aggressor state of Russia to recover more than UAH 10 million for flights to the temporarily occupied peninsula. This was reported by the press office of the Prosecutor's Office.

Law enforcers established that the airline, contrary to the requirements of the Convention on International Civil Aviation of 1944, the Multilateral Agreement on the Payment of Route Fees of 1981 and the Air Code, did not pay for the air navigation services received in the international airspace over the Black Sea within the Simferopol region of flight information.

"Providing protection of the interests of the state in the courts, the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has filed a lawsuit against the debtor company that carries out daily flights to the temporarily occupied territory, to recover € 354.4 thousand, which is more than UAH 10 million," the message says..

The name of the airline of the aggressor state in the prosecutor's office does not specify. According to the website of the Simferopol airport controlled by the occupants, more than a dozen Russian airlines are flying from Russia to the annexed peninsula and back, including Aeroflot, Russia, Ikar, Ural Airlines, Globus.
