Kharkiv citizen was sentenced to two months of arrest for beating someone else's child who allegedly broke windows. This verdict was made by the Kievsky District Court. According to the decision, according to the defendant's words, on that ill-fated day he was at home and he heard someone break windows that were near the house. The spouse told him that she had seen the boys who had been dirty, and even pointed to one of them.

"A man went out into the street, caught up with the children and pushed the one to which the spouse had indicated. After that, he grabbed the 9-year-old boy by the ear and dragged him towards the playground, beating along the way, "- says in the document. As a result, he inflicted numerous injuries on the child, will note today.

In court, the defendant stated that he did not beat the child, but dragged him to the playground to find his parents. At that moment an unknown man approached him and, threatening with problems, forced the boy to let go. The court found the man guilty of committing hooliganism and appointed him a sentence of two months' imprisonment. Also, he must compensate the injured party 10 000 UAH of moral damage.
