In response to the "nationalization" of Ukrainian business in the occupied territories of Donbass, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was to develop a methodology for protecting violated interests.

On his page in Facebook, wrote the chairman of the All-Ukrainian social movement "The Power of Law", ex-MP Andrey Senchenko.

Thus, he reacted to the statement of the Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko, who recommended to private businesses whose enterprises were "nationalized" by terrorists, "to work out mechanisms for handling relevant lawsuits in international arbitrations and compensating these losses with the Russian Federation".

"Apparently" nationalization "of enterprises in the Crimea, he did not notice at all.

It seemed to me that the Ministry of Justice, at least, would have to develop and offer business a method of legal protection of violated interests, "stressed Senchenko.

As reported by the "Observer", earlier Petrenko said that the facts of the "nationalization" of Ukrainian enterprises by terrorists will be included in international claims of Ukraine against Russia as an aggressor state.
