At the same time, according to the statistics department, the arrears decreased in the Chernovtsy region by 67.2%, in Ternopil - by 54.5%, in Volyn - by 42%, Poltava by 8.1%, Sumy - by 4.7% %, Kherson - by 4.6%, Chernihiv - by 3.4% and Lviv - by 3%.
